Emah’s Garden Refund Policies

We appreciate your business and support. Therefore, we want to share our policies with you pertaining to refunds and returns, credits and ETC.
You can receive credit or refund with proof of purchase. We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee or charge will apply.
If your return is not the result of our error, your postage fee’* will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days and an email conformation will be sent.
In some instances, Emah’s Garden will share in your postage cost therefore if you decide to return an item(s) we will charge you for the full cost of shipping. We would appreciate you share with Emah the issue with the product.
The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return & Exchange Period
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we make a mistake on your purchase).
Opened products may not be returned for any reason for health and safety reasons (unless the product is defective which guarantees you a cost-free reshipment of the product or an alternate product).
A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Emah’s Garden reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Emah’s Garden are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (U.S. Postal Service) and Emah’s Garden is not liable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession and care of the carrier.
Emah’s Garden will/may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to Emah’s Garden

With returns, please provide in written format, your Order or Invoice number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):
Reason or Other (please describe).
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

All returned articles are responsibility of the sender. Unless Emah’s Garden made a mistake with your order, all shipping fees associated with a return is the liability of the sender.
NOTE: To facilitate refunds, it is best that you call us before sending in item(s) for refund.
Refund Method For online purchases,
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.
If Emah’s garden is experiencing technical difficulty or issues with its merchant account provider, Emah’s Garden will have the right to issue refunds via company check or money order.
Sea Moss products are made upon order. It’s a 24- hour process just to cleanse. This is Emah’s way of insuring there are no particles still remaining from ocean on your sea moss. Also to insure freshness and a longer life for our customers. In addition, special orders require special ingredients.
Refunds can only be given to the buyer who made the original purchase. No exceptions!
